Your digital purchase
Find Your Next Step is a digital bundle containing the guide, Practice Journal and Monthly Reflection Workbook. No physical items are shipped. The product page describes what is included; please check it before ordering.
After successful payment, your confirmation and receipt provide access to your downloads. Use a valid email address at checkout and keep your receipt. You will need an internet connection to download the files and compatible software to open PDF documents and extract ZIP files. If you cannot access your purchase, contact us for help.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Find Your Next Step is currently offered as a one-time purchase for USD $19.95, not a subscription. Check the checkout summary for the total and any applicable tax before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction charges.
Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Stripe and PayPal. Never send card details by email or through the contact form. Changes to future prices do not change the price of an order already completed.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase allows you to save and read the guide and workbooks on your own devices and print copies for your personal use. You may complete and adapt the workbook exercises for yourself. You may not share the download files or private download links, resell the materials, publish them online, or redistribute them without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Website and product material belongs to its respective rights holders. Third-party names, quotations and credited images remain the property of their owners. Purchasing the bundle does not transfer copyright.
Refunds and your consumer rights
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for the bundle, with no explanation required. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. The 30-day guarantee is additional to those rights.
Using the guide and website
The guide, workbooks and articles share personal experiences and general educational material for reflection and self-understanding. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Experiences and results vary; purchasing the guide does not guarantee a particular outcome. Use exercises at a pace that feels manageable and seek appropriate professional support when needed.
Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to access other customers’ accounts or downloads, interfere with site security, or submit harmful or unlawful material.
External resources and privacy
Links to other people, books and websites are provided for your consideration. You decide whether their views or offerings are useful to you. Purchases made on another website are governed by that provider’s terms. Any affiliate relationship attached to a recommendation will be disclosed where the recommendation appears.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Contacting us does not give us permission to publish your private story or use your message as a testimonial; we will ask before doing that.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The updated date will appear on this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase.
