How to request a refund
Email support@calibratemyinnercompass.com using the email address you used at checkout, and include your order number if you have it. If you cannot find your receipt, include the purchase date so we can help locate your order. Do not send your payment-card details.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. We will arrange the refund promptly; the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Currency-conversion differences or charges imposed separately by your provider may be outside our control.
Download problems
If a download link is missing or a file will not open, contact us and we will help. You do not have to complete troubleshooting to use the 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can also reach us through the Contact page.
